New EU regulations or affect me fastener exports

According to PR Newswire reported that since July 1, 2013, the EU Construction Products Regulations promulgated (CPR) will fully replace the Construction Products Directive (CPD), the EU Construction Products Regulation will enter the mandatory implementation phase. The EU is China's major export markets fasteners. According to customs statistics, in 2012 China's fastener exports of 2,464,100 tons, down 4.8%. Of which the EU is the largest exporter of fasteners in China, accounting for one third of total exports. In recent years, the European debt crisis, the EU shrinking market demand, especially since November 2007 part of my fasteners EU anti-dumping investigations initiated since I fastener products exports to the EU slowdown, the proportion of exports gradually decreased.

In 2012 China fastener exports market chart (by weight), the EU only three countries in the top 20, are Germany (No. 9), the United Kingdom (No. 18) and Italy (No. 19) , exports were 65,500 tons, 37,500 tons and 33,200 tons, decreased by 12.5%​​, 12.9% and 40.1% respectively.
